Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement a fellowship project that advances justice for children and youth facing systemic barriers.
- Apply for public interest fellowships (Skadden, Equal Justice Works, etc.) with NCYL sponsorship.
- Conduct legal research, writing, and assist with litigation and advocacy efforts.
- Attend organizational meetings and respond to intake requests.

What makes you a great fit
- Graduating from law school in Spring 2027 or have served as a law clerk since graduating in the prior year.
- Interest in working in NCYL's focus areas: general litigation or immigrant youth rights.
- Commitment to advancing justice for children and youth, and to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
