Role details
- Build and scale FAR.AI's People function as the organization grows from 40 to 75 staff across multiple geographies.
- Own end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, employer branding, interview design, and recruitment strategy.
- Establish and maintain HRIS, payroll, immigration systems, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop performance management systems, compensation frameworks, and benefits administration.
