Head of People

• Build and scale FAR.AI's People function as the organization grows from 40 to 75 staff across multiple geographies.
• Own end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, employer branding, interview design, and recruitment strategy.
• Establish and maintain HRIS, payroll, immigration systems, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop performance management systems, compensation frameworks, and benefits administration.

This role enables FAR.AI to scale its team effectively, ensuring the organization can continue its work on AI safety and governance with a strong, supported workforce.

• Experience building and scaling People operations in a fast-growing organization.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, HRIS, payroll, and immigration systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational design skills.
