Role details
Senior operations leader building scalable systems and processes as a UK-based AI research charity expands.
- Own HR, finance, systems, and compliance end-to-end; manage accountant relationships, payroll, grant reporting, and Charity Commission filings.
- Design and implement operational tools, processes, and CRM systems that fit existing workflows and support programme delivery.
- Anticipate scaling challenges; build durable foundations for growth in headcount, programmes, and organisational complexity.
- Requires 5+ years in operations, finance, HR, or chief-of-staff roles with proven experience scaling functions through organisational growth.
- Requires strong people-management instincts, reliability under uncertainty, and genuine commitment to AI consciousness and digital minds research.
