Job description
- In this role, you'll design, launch, and lead Kairos Labs, an incubator helping founders establish new AI safety organizations.
- Design the program structure, deciding which organizations to accept, their duration, and support provided.
- Build the application process, recruit the first cohort, and establish program operations.
- Advise incubated founders on strategy, fundraising, hiring, and operational needs.
- Own the program's strategic direction and determine how it scales and relates to other initiatives.
