Job description
- In this role, you'll own Kairos's support for AI safety university groups and set strategy for scaling this work.
- Launch new initiatives like regional organizers, residencies, and focused support for top universities.
- Decide which groups and organizers to fund and set investment priorities across the portfolio.
- Represent Kairos's university groups work externally with organizers, universities, funders, and ecosystem partners.
- Build and lead the growing groups team, defining roles, hiring, and managing as the function expands.
