What you will drive
- Monitor marketplace health at national and city level, surfacing opportunities to improve supply-demand balance and driving actions in the right geographies.
- Manage high-priority cross-functional projects with strategic implications, ensuring delivery on critical metrics and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and operationalize local strategies to achieve North American goals, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead a team of Business Operations Managers & Specialists, supporting knowledge sharing, business planning, and operational rigor.

- Significant work experience in high-performance cultures (consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations at high-growth marketplace/tech company).
- Experienced people leader with honest, direct communication and ability to uphold high standards.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects, owning revenue/growth goals, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong problem-solving, data retrieval, analytics, data visualization, and presentation skills; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
