Growth Manager

Lead digital acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns for FarmerChat, an AI-powered advisory platform serving smallholder farmers across Africa.
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels, optimizing for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Build engagement workflows using MoEngage and Plotline to convert new users into active farmers and reactivate dormant users.
- Analyze campaign performance data and run A/B experiments to improve notification timing, creative performance, and conversion rates.
- Adapt global growth strategies for regional markets in Kenya, Nigeria, and Ethiopia, incorporating local languages and farmer behaviour insights.
- Requires 4–5 years in performance marketing or digital growth; hands-on experience with MoEngage, Plotline, or similar automation tools essential.
