What you will drive
Manage grant cycles and mentorship programmes for an impact-focused documentary film fund supporting environmental, animal, and social justice storytelling.
- Launch annual funding rounds: write calls, screen applications, coordinate reviewer panels, and track grantee progress through production.
- Run Impact Fellowship programme: recruit candidates, coordinate development labs with workshops, match filmmakers with mentors, and guide distribution.
- Build partnerships with filmmakers, film schools, festivals, and advocacy groups to expand reach and amplify completed films.
- Requires film industry experience (producer, curator, or film organisation role) and grant-giving or mentorship background preferred.
- Highly organised, independent, well-connected, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
