Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

Lead fundraising strategy and operations for an ocean conservation nonprofit, managing foundation grants, corporate partnerships, and public donations across France and internationally.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategy: identify and qualify funders, monitor opportunities, manage annual targets and pipeline across foundations, corporate sponsors, institutional backers, and public donors.
- Write funding proposals, negotiate partnership terms, manage contracts, and deliver funder reporting (narrative and financial) with internal pipeline tracking.
- Build and maintain funder relationships through sector events, direct meetings, and proactive communication; create tailored content for different donor types.
- Design and deploy public fundraising campaigns via email, social media, and donation platforms; track performance metrics and donor engagement.
- Requires 5+ years in fundraising, resource development, or partnerships ideally in nonprofits; deep knowledge of philanthropy sector practices and professional English.
