Grant and Foundation Revenue Opportunities Consultant

• Conduct a landscape review and strategic analysis of grant and foundation funding opportunities aligned with RISE's priorities.
• Develop internal capacity, systems, and tools for effective foundation funding pursuit and management.
• Support hands-on implementation including prospect research, case materials development, grant tracking systems, staff training, and proposal preparation.

This role helps secure funding for workforce development and career pathways in long-term care, supporting workers and improving care for vulnerable populations.

• Experience in grant and foundation fundraising strategy development and implementation.
• Skills in prospect research, grant writing, and grant management systems.
• Ability to conduct strategic analysis and develop case materials.
