Senior Programme & Portfolio Manager

• Lead governance, planning, and delivery of Oxfam's strategic Digital Transformation portfolio, including the Oxfam Partnership Platform and D365 HR & Finance.
• Establish and govern continuous improvement processes for core enterprise platforms, driving adoption and benefits realization.
• Provide senior advisory support, portfolio analysis, and executive reporting to the CIO and stakeholders.

This role ensures Oxfam's digital systems are efficient and aligned with its mission to fight poverty and injustice, enabling better program delivery and resource management across the confederation.

• Extensive experience in programme and portfolio management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and manage enterprise platforms.
• Strong governance, analytical, and reporting skills.
