Partnership Account Manager - Financial Inclusion & Banking Partnerships

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), banks, NBFCs, and other financial sector partners across India.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, fostering long-term success and satisfaction.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand Water.org's footprint within the financial sector, including new partnerships, product innovations, or expanded financing programs.
• Deliver timely, accurate reporting and analysis of account performance, including program execution, funding utilization, and projected impact.

This role directly contributes to expanding access to safe water and sanitation for millions of people in India by enabling financial institutions to offer water and sanitation financing programs, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty and improving health outcomes.

• 5+ years of experience managing institutional relationships, partnerships, accounts, or business development initiatives.
• Experience in banking, microfinance, NBFCs, financial inclusion, MSME finance, development finance, rural finance, livelihood programs, or WASH.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
