Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), banks, NBFCs, and other financial sector partners across India.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, fostering long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand Water.org's footprint within the financial sector, including new partnerships, product innovations, or expanded financing programs.
  • Deliver timely, accurate reporting and analysis of account performance, including program execution, funding utilization, and projected impact.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience managing institutional relationships, partnerships, accounts, or business development initiatives.
  • Experience in banking, microfinance, NBFCs, financial inclusion, MSME finance, development finance, rural finance, livelihood programs, or WASH.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and advisory skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
