Mission

What you will drive

  • Facilitate day-to-day tasks for multiple projects under the Financial Empowerment division, including scheduling, meeting facilitation, and action item follow-up.
  • Create and maintain work plans on Monday.com, track deadlines, and document deliverable status.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person events, manage attendee registration and communication, and support data collection and reporting.
  • Provide executive assistance to the Division Director and support project coordination across partner organizations and states.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent formal education.
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Zoom, Monday.com, and HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; experience working with people with disabilities is a plus.
