Mission
What you will drive
- Facilitate day-to-day tasks for multiple projects under the Financial Empowerment division, including scheduling, meeting facilitation, and action item follow-up.
- Create and maintain work plans on Monday.com, track deadlines, and document deliverable status.
- Coordinate virtual and in-person events, manage attendee registration and communication, and support data collection and reporting.
- Provide executive assistance to the Division Director and support project coordination across partner organizations and states.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent formal education.
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint), Zoom, Monday.com, and HubSpot.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; experience working with people with disabilities is a plus.
