Government Affairs Manager - East

• Develop and execute a comprehensive government affairs strategy aligned with Serve Robotics business goals to support growth and expansion into new markets across the Western United States, with a focus on Midwest and Eastern US.
• Build and foster relationships with lawmakers, governmental agencies, nonprofits, and other stakeholders; serve as point of contact for stakeholder engagement and issues management at community meetings, town halls, and regulatory hearings.
• Monitor and analyze regulator sentiment and feedback, coordinate with policy and technical teams, and represent the organization at government meetings, events, and forums.

This role directly advances the adoption of autonomous delivery robots, reducing traffic congestion and emissions while increasing delivery access for underserved communities, contributing to more sustainable and equitable urban logistics.

• 4+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, political organizing, legislative staffing, public affairs, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with policymakers across different political parties.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
