Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute a comprehensive government affairs strategy aligned with Serve Robotics business goals to support growth and expansion into new markets across the Western United States, with a focus on Midwest and Eastern US.
- Build and foster relationships with lawmakers, governmental agencies, nonprofits, and other stakeholders; serve as point of contact for stakeholder engagement and issues management at community meetings, town halls, and regulatory hearings.
- Monitor and analyze regulator sentiment and feedback, coordinate with policy and technical teams, and represent the organization at government meetings, events, and forums.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, political organizing, legislative staffing, public affairs, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working with policymakers across different political parties.
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
