Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide strategic leadership for People & Culture (P&C) frameworks during emergency deployments, ensuring global policies are adapted to complex contexts.
  • Lead and enable national P&C teams, establishing fit-for-purpose structures, systems, and operating models to support rapid scale-up and sustained program delivery.
  • Oversee core P&C functions including workforce planning, recruitment, staff administration, and development to align organizational capacity with evolving operational priorities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Masterโ€™s degree in People & Culture, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6โ€“8 years of progressive P&C leadership experience, with demonstrated responsibility for complex or large-scale teams; experience in emergency or fragile contexts strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic P&C leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, including organizational scale-up, transitions, or crisis response.
  • Fluency in English required; working knowledge of Arabic and/or French strongly preferred.
