• Provide strategic leadership and management for IRC emergency programs, ensuring alignment with emergency response plans and strategic priorities.
• Oversee program quality, delivery, and business development, including grants management and partnership building.

• At least 8 years of experience in conflict and humanitarian environments with significant program leadership responsibilities.

• Excellent leadership, people management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong representation and fundraising success, including experience with European, US, and other international donors.
