• In this role, you'll support AI safety university groups and lead the Pathfinder Fellowship.
• Onboard new groups, coordinate mentorship, and process fellowship grants.
• Organize in-person events including OASIS workshops and other gatherings for organizers.
• Seed new groups at universities and support organizers transitioning to full-time AI safety work.
• Build systems and infrastructure supporting the university groups program.
