Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage the 12,500+ Former Jesuit Volunteer (FJV) alumni community, including managing an Alumni Connection Hub and coordinating communications.
- Plan and pilot a chapter-based structure to organize core FJV communities, and lead programs and activities that foster connection, formation, and networking.
- Manage the transition of current JV cohort into FJVs, including the 'Becoming an FJV' and DisOrientation Retreat processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FJV inquiries, maintain contact databases, and collaborate with other departments to engage FJVs in support of JVC's mission.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; 3-5 years of experience in alumni relations, communications, or membership outreach/relations preferred.
- Former Jesuit Volunteers strongly preferred; familiarity with Jesuit values and Catholic social justice tradition.
- Strong project management, public speaking, group facilitation, and event planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, intercultural competence, and ability to work independently and in a team.
