Network Development & National Initiatives Director

• Lead network development strategy to expand CAIR's chapter network and strengthen affiliate performance.
• Oversee systems strengthening, including a Network Metrics Tracking Dashboard and monthly resource dissemination.
• Implement chapter performance audits and compliance training across the network.
• Develop and execute training programs (ACTION Academy) and coordinate national events like National Council Meetings.

This role directly strengthens CAIR's national network, enabling the organization to better protect civil rights and empower American Muslims across the country.

• 5+ years of nonprofit management and/or business development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the American Muslim community is preferred.
• Ability to travel nationally and serve as a key spokesperson.

Salary: $116,000 per year (non-negotiable). Full-time exempt position. Based in Washington DC (preferred) with national travel. Business hours 9am-5pm ET.
