Philanthropy Coordinator

• Maintain and manage the Raiser's Edge/NXT donor database, including data audits, enrichment, gift entry, and reconciliation.
• Support donor events, online store operations, and community engagement programs.
• Manage a portfolio of general fund, entry-level, and new donors, including stewardship and workflows.
• Provide administrative support and strategic data-driven recommendations to the Advancement team.

This role directly supports the fundraising and donor relations efforts of a national LGBTQ civil rights organization, enabling impactful litigation, policy work, and legal services that advance the rights of LGBTQ people and their families.

• 2-4 years of nonprofit or administrative experience, with nonprofit fundraising experience required.
• Knowledge of database systems, especially Raiser's Edge/NXT and Constant Contact.
• Excellent project management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Passionate about social justice and committed to racial and economic justice issues.

Full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $70,900 - $72,700.
