Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain and manage the Raiser's Edge/NXT donor database, including data audits, enrichment, gift entry, and reconciliation.
- Support donor events, online store operations, and community engagement programs.
- Manage a portfolio of general fund, entry-level, and new donors, including stewardship and workflows.
- Provide administrative support and strategic data-driven recommendations to the Advancement team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-4 years of nonprofit or administrative experience, with nonprofit fundraising experience required.
- Knowledge of database systems, especially Raiser's Edge/NXT and Constant Contact.
- Excellent project management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Passionate about social justice and committed to racial and economic justice issues.

Full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $70,900 - $72,700.
