Mission

What you will drive

  • Create and schedule social media content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms using Canva and Statusbrew.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for website inquiries, partnership requests, and general communications, routing them to appropriate staff.
  • Steward Trans Lifeline's social media community by responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement for reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Advancement team, including drafting agendas, taking notes, and maintaining contact lists.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 1+ years of experience managing a social media account for an organization or community group.
  • 1+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • 1+ years of experience creating graphics in Canva or similar design software.
  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas).
