Contract Manager

• Manage all phases of contract administration for government and institutional grants, including budget development, invoicing, reporting, and audit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements, deadlines, and documentation standards; serve as liaison to government agencies.
• Maintain digital contract records in QuickBooks Online, Box, and internal tracking systems; support monitoring visits and audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to allocate expenses, staff time, and benefits in alignment with contract budgets.

This role ensures that resources supporting LGBTQQ+ youth programs are used ethically, efficiently, and with lasting impact, directly contributing to LYRIC's mission of youth-led social change and long-term sustainability.

• 3+ years of experience in nonprofit finance or contract administration, especially with city, state, or federal funders.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Excel (intermediate to advanced), and Google Workspace.
• Knowledgeable about nonprofit budgeting, invoicing, and audit preparation.
• Effective communicator with funders, colleagues, and community stakeholders; committed to LYRIC's mission and values.

Annual Salary: $76,550.53 (non-negotiable under LYRIC's equity-based compensation model)
