Mission
What you will drive
- Guide missions and projects in implementing DEI principles, focusing on talent attraction, recruitment, career growth, retention, and equitable working conditions.
- Champion inclusive spaces like Women’s Networks and Men as Allies Groups, and ensure DEI activities are implemented effectively.
- Serve as primary DEI partner for OCG countries, advising on DEI actions in Plans of Action and supporting identification of DEI gaps.
- Deploy DEI workshops, coaching, and capacity building for mission leadership, HR teams, and DEI Focal Points.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree or equivalent experience in HR, Organizational Development, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields; specialized training in DEI or Gender Studies is an advantage.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in DEI or organizational development, ideally in a humanitarian or international organization.
- Proven success in implementing DEI programs, including workshop facilitation, training, coaching, and developing guidelines.
- Proficiency in English and French required; additional Spanish or Arabic highly desirable.

What's in it for you
Gross monthly salary: CHF 5,500 (based on 100%). Benefits include health insurance and living expenses in countries of intervention and at headquarters, paid according to internal regulations. Fixed-term contract of 12 months, full-time (40h/week).
