Job description
Finance manager overseeing restricted donations, global internal controls, and compliance across international operations.
- Track restricted donations end-to-end and partner with Fundraising to ensure accurate expense allocation and donor alignment.
- Develop and maintain global internal controls framework, reviewing workflows for segregation of duties and risk mitigation.
- Lead compliance initiatives including tax filings in Brazil and U.S., vendor verification, and W-9 tracking.
- Requires experience in finance, accounting, or economics with knowledge of Brazilian and international financial practices.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) required; availability to travel.
