Lead field operations for cash transfer programs, managing enrollment targets, field staff, and operational improvements across multiple sites.
- Own enrollment targets and continuously improve the enrollment process and recipient experience.
- Hire, train, and develop field staff; run performance reviews and identify high-potential team members for advancement.
- Track performance metrics and data to inform decision-making; support team data analysis and coordinate with global data teams.
- Prepare operational reports for leadership and communicate project updates across the organization.
- Requires 3–5 years of management experience, preferably managing managers, with strong problem-solving and Excel skills.
