What you will drive

  • Manage the Country Director’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence to ensure optimal time utilization.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare reports, and support donor and board relations.
  • Lead travel coordination and event planning for the Country Director’s office.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
