What you will drive
- Manage the Country Director’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence to ensure optimal time utilization.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare reports, and support donor and board relations.
- Lead travel coordination and event planning for the Country Director’s office.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
