Mission

What you will drive

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation to inform the foundation's participatory grantmaking programs and internal innovation incubator processes.
  • Develop and operationalize systems for a holistic qualitative and quantitative view of grantmaking, coordinating with external evaluation partners.
  • Synthesize and share complex data and findings internally through multimodal communication, and externally through reports, presentations, and conferences.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of professional experience architecting and implementing mixed-methods research or evaluation work.
  • Experience with liberatory research methodologies (e.g., Indigenous, critical race, feminist) or human-centered design and systems thinking.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
