Mission
What you will drive
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation to inform the foundation's participatory grantmaking programs and internal innovation incubator processes.
- Develop and operationalize systems for a holistic qualitative and quantitative view of grantmaking, coordinating with external evaluation partners.
- Synthesize and share complex data and findings internally through multimodal communication, and externally through reports, presentations, and conferences.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of professional experience architecting and implementing mixed-methods research or evaluation work.
- Experience with liberatory research methodologies (e.g., Indigenous, critical race, feminist) or human-centered design and systems thinking.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
