Qualitative/Mixed-Methods Researcher

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation to inform participatory grantmaking and internal innovation processes.
• Develop and operationalize systems for holistic qualitative and quantitative views of grantmaking.
• Synthesize findings from multiple sources to build foundational learnings and share insights internally and externally.

This role amplifies community voices in philanthropy by centering equity and trust, helping to redistribute power and build a just and equitable world through informed, participatory grantmaking.

• 5+ years of professional experience architecting and implementing mixed-methods research or evaluation.
• Experience with liberatory research methodologies or human-centered design and systems thinking.
• Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with emotional intelligence.

Salary: $140,000-$150,000 annually. Full-time, exempt.
