What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of professional experience architecting and implementing mixed-methods research or evaluation.
- Experience with liberatory research methodologies or human-centered design and systems thinking.
- Strong project management and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with emotional intelligence.
