Consultancy for the mid-term evaluation of an EU-funded project (INTPA)

The consultant will carry out the mid-term evaluation of an EU-funded project (INTPA) under the ACRE project. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing project progress against objectives and indicators.
• Identifying challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations.
• Producing a comprehensive evaluation report.

This evaluation will help improve the effectiveness of a project aimed at supporting rural communities, ensuring EU funds are used efficiently to create positive change.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience in evaluating EU-funded projects, preferably INTPA.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
• Familiarity with rural development or related fields.
• Independence and impartiality.
