What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory through cold calls, lead follow-up, networking, and referrals
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share in the represented region
- Conduct daily travel to customer and prospect sites to determine needs and provide equipment or service solutions
- Maintain project pipeline, sales activities, and customer interactions in Sales Force CRM to meet territory and margin objectives

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or 2-5 years of relevant industrial outside sales experience
- Three or more years' previous sales experience with an industrial sales and service organization or completion of two or more years of college courses
- Ability to read and understand pump curves and hydraulics, perform compressor horsepower and capacity calculations
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within designated region
