Engagement Manager, AI Risk

Lead end-to-end paid advertising campaigns targeting AI safety decision-makers, combining strategic planning with client relationship management and field expertise.
- Meet with clients to understand goals and context, set campaign strategy across audiences and channels, own creative and messaging, and iterate based on performance data.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, communicate outcomes to clients, and identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining transparency about impact attribution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness across multiple concurrent projects, and alignment with client success.
- Identify critical communication gaps in AI safety, stay current on AI capabilities and policy developments, and share expertise to strengthen the field's overall communications capacity.
- Requires 5+ years professional services experience (management consulting preferred), deep AI safety community knowledge and trust, and strong organizational and decision-making skills; marketing experience helpful but not required.
