Mission
What you will drive
- Lead Women’s Protection and Empowerment (WPE) programming in acute emergency responses, including rapid assessment, program start-up, strategy development, and proposal development.
- Provide technical oversight, staff recruitment and management, budget management, grants compliance, and local partner relations.
- Design and implement multi-sector needs assessments, coordinate with partners, and ensure high-quality GBV prevention and response services.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Post-graduate degree in social work, psychology, social sciences, or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years’ experience in GBV response programming at Coordinator level, with proven track record managing multi-donor portfolios in acute emergency response.
- Experience in staff supervision, capacity building, project design, and budget management.
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of Arabic, French, or Spanish strongly preferred.
