What you will drive
- Lead and advise on localization implementation across humanitarian agencies and coordination structures.
- Facilitate collaboration between local and national NGOs, international NGOs, UN agencies, governments, and donors.
- Mentor and support local organisations in accessing coordination mechanisms, operational platforms, and decision‑making spaces.
- Identify barriers to effective localization and support practical solutions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Advanced university degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years specific experience with localization in humanitarian assistance.
- Minimum 2 years international humanitarian field experience with exposure to the localization agenda.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and preferably a second UN language (e.g., French).
