Donor Experience Specialist

• Deliver consistent, high-quality donor experiences for mid-level and emerging donors through strategic communications and engagement.
• Execute segmented donor communications across email and related channels aligned with established strategies.
• Manage donor lifecycle touchpoints including birthdays, anniversaries, and milestone recognition.
• Monitor engagement activity and coordinate with relationship managers to identify upgrade-ready donors.
