District Service Manager - Colorado

• Provide on-site formal service training and instruction on repair & maintenance of Oshkosh products.
• Identify and resolve problems relating to parts, service, and warranty, including appropriate stocking levels of service parts.
• Provide field technical service and advice to customers, and coordinate schedule changes with manager and company departments.

This role ensures customer satisfaction and safe operation of Oshkosh products by providing technical training and support, thereby contributing to safety in the construction and access industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience OR 11 years of relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five plus years of related work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and overnight.
