Distributed Organizer, Contractor

• In this role, you'll recruit and coach student leaders to organise AI walkout campaigns on college campuses as part of a national movement.
• Recruit leaders through your networks, research, and partnerships with campus organisations.
• Run high-volume outreach calls pitching students on leading local walkouts.
• Meet with campus leaders regularly to set goals, develop tactics, and plan campaign escalations.
• Troubleshoot organisational challenges including low engagement and administrative obstacles.
