Director, People Partnering

Build and lead employee relations standards and partner with Global Shared Services leaders on people strategy during organizational scale-up.
- Partner with GSS leaders (~200 employees) on org design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance decisions as the organization scales.
- Build behavior and underperformance standards, decision frameworks, and enablement across multiple countries with consistent application.
- Coach managers and HR teams through employee relations cases, ensuring consistency and sound judgment in disciplinary and capability decisions.
- Requires 7+ years as HR business partner with executives in scale-ups or transformations, plus demonstrated experience building ER frameworks across jurisdictions.
- Preferred: sub-Saharan Africa experience, people function build experience, and workplace investigations capability.
