Director of Strategic Growth & Partnerships

• Develop and execute the organization's non-dues revenue strategy, including business development, Marketplace operations, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
• Define revenue architecture, manage sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management for a $3.5M+ portfolio.
• Lead cultivation, negotiation, and stewardship of sponsorships and partnerships with corporate, academic, foundation, and industry organizations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to assigned Marketplace staff.

This role strengthens Sigma's financial sustainability, enabling the organization to expand opportunities to serve members and stakeholders and advance its mission through innovative partnerships and revenue streams.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management, healthcare administration, or related field (master's or CAE credential a plus).
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development, e-commerce, or revenue generation, with a track record of leading teams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Hands-on experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and overseeing P&L performance; strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
• Skilled at managing e-commerce platforms and proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; proven ability to build and steward strategic institutional partnerships.

Hybrid and remote-friendly role open to U.S.-based professionals nationwide. Domestic and international travel expected 4-6 times per year. Salary range: $75,000-$95,000.
