Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute the organization's non-dues revenue strategy, including business development, Marketplace operations, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
- Define revenue architecture, manage sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management for a $3.5M+ portfolio.
- Lead cultivation, negotiation, and stewardship of sponsorships and partnerships with corporate, academic, foundation, and industry organizations.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to assigned Marketplace staff.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nonprofit management, healthcare administration, or related field (master's or CAE credential a plus).
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development, e-commerce, or revenue generation, with a track record of leading teams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and overseeing P&L performance; strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.
- Skilled at managing e-commerce platforms and proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; proven ability to build and steward strategic institutional partnerships.
