What you will drive

  • Serve as a strategic executive on the Leadership Team, shaping global People strategy and advising the CEO and Board on organizational effectiveness, talent, and culture.
  • Develop and execute a global talent strategy covering workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Provide strategic oversight of global People operations, ensuring compliant and efficient practices across all countries, and lead Total Rewards and People technology strategy.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global People team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience, including as a senior HR leader in a complex global organization.
  • Minimum of 5+ years managing dispersed teams in a global context.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, Total Rewards, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of global People practices, employment laws, and compliance; strong business acumen and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills; ability to work across cultures and time zones.
