Head of Iberia and LatAm Labour Mobility and Venture Builder

Build and fund labour mobility companies connecting African workers to employers in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.
- Find and convince founders to build staffing and recruitment companies; assess investments and structure deals.
- Support portfolio companies from inception through scaling, including sourcing workers and connecting employers across regions.
- Map market opportunities by speaking with recruiters, employers, and operators to identify high-impact corridors and sectors.
- Requires founding or senior operating experience with P&L responsibility; strong Africa background and Spanish or Portuguese language skills essential.
- 5–25 years experience; remote role with travel across Africa, Spain, Portugal, and Latin America.
