Director of Industry Partnerships

Build industry partnerships and drive adoption of humane aquaculture technology innovations across producers, processors, and supply chain stakeholders.
- Serve as Spring's primary relationship manager with major aquaculture producers, processors, retailers, trade groups, and certification bodies.
- Translate industry needs into product requirements and company strategy; identify market gaps and opportunities for new ventures.
- Connect portfolio companies with industry partners to run trials, pilots, and commercial deployments at scale.
- Advise founders on go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition using deep industry intelligence and networks.
- Requires deep aquaculture or seafood industry experience, preferably from inside a producer, processor, or technology supplier.
