Mission
What you will drive
- Support digital and social media components of local and state-level advocacy campaigns, including creating white-label content, providing rapid-response support, and crafting digital advertising plans.
- Create and deploy compelling content for WNNโs external digital communications, including social media posts and rapid-response content.
- Monitor and shape national narratives in the social media and digital sphere, flagging opportunities and threats.
- Provide project management and drafting support for related communications projects as needed.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Two to four years of combined employment in digital campaigns for issue advocacy, or digital communications for federal/state candidate campaigns or governmental offices.
- Experience crafting compelling visual content (infographics, short-form video) for social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, BlueSky.
- Strong writing skills with ability to turn around high-quality content quickly.
- Experience developing and managing plans and budgets for paid advertising campaigns on Meta or other platforms.

Full-time remote position with occasional travel (2-3 times/year). Salary range: $77,220 - $85,250.
