Director, Strategic Portfolio

• Lead prioritization and coordination of Yoga Alliance's strategic portfolio of initiatives, projects, and work plans.
• Guide cross-functional project teams, optimize resource allocations, and ensure accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
• Build and maintain alignment and cohesion across the organization by addressing roadblocks and preserving the strategic roadmap.

This role amplifies the power of yoga by ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively executed, reducing barriers to practice and building a supportive community for social good.

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, project management, or related role.
• 5+ years experience in complex project management in a growing, fast-paced organization, designing learning resources and facilitating discussions.
• Deep analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel) and technology (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, project management platforms, LLMs).
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and belonging.

Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 (commensurate with experience). Full-time, exempt position. Remote option with travel to Arlington, VA as needed. Inclusive workplace culture.
