International Director

• Provide strategic leadership and governance to guide the organization's growth and sustainability.
• Develop and manage international partnerships and networks to expand the organization's reach and resources.
• Lead fundraising and resource mobilization efforts to support programs and operations.
• Oversee project development and implementation, ensuring alignment with the mission and long-term goals.

This role will directly contribute to the sustainable growth of a grassroots organization that uses sport to empower disadvantaged children, girls, and single mothers in Uganda, helping to transform lives and build community resilience.

• Proven experience in organizational leadership, governance, or management.
• Strong skills in partnership development, networking, and fundraising.
• Experience in project development, implementation, and financial planning.
• Excellent communication and representation skills, with strong English proficiency.
