International Director

As International Director, you will:

• Lead the strategic direction and growth of Swift Sports Organisation to achieve its mission of fighting poverty through sports talent.
• Establish and implement programs that support disadvantaged single mothers, girls, and children in Uganda.
• Oversee fundraising, partnerships, and international outreach to ensure sustainable operations.

This role will directly contribute to fighting poverty through sports talent, empowering disadvantaged single mothers, girls, and children in Uganda by providing education support, skills training, and nutrition programs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience directing or patronizing a cause or project to completion.
• Is mature, independent, and stable in development, investment, financial, organizational, and professional aspects.
• Is not seeking a job but a dedicated partner to build the organization.

Compensation is through organization shareholding; the International Director will benefit indirectly as the organization grows. No salary is offered.

Swift Sports Organisation is a grassroots community-based organization in Uganda that uses sports to address community challenges, focusing on disadvantaged single mothers, girls, and children. Founded in 2018, it runs netball, football, and rugby clubs along with programs for education, skills training, and nutrition.
