Development Operations Manager

Build and maintain the systems, processes, and accountability mechanisms that drive a development team's fundraising pipeline and donor relationships.
- Manage complete donor pipeline tracking, follow-up discipline, and commitment accountability across the department, including for leadership.
- Design and continuously improve core development workflows, CRM configuration, data structure, and team training.
- Define KPIs, produce weekly pipeline and monthly performance reports, and flag variance with specific analysis.
- Own department meeting cadence, coordinate donor logistics, and serve as connective tissue between Development and Finance, Programs, Communications.
- Requires 4+ years in development operations, fundraising, or sales operations with demonstrated pipeline and process ownership.
