Development Coordinator

• Build and nurture relationships with individual, foundation, and corporate donors.
• Develop and implement fundraising and revenue growth strategies aligned with PC Project's mission.
• Support annual giving campaigns, donor engagement initiatives, and grant writing.
• Use mission-aligned storytelling to highlight organizational impact and strengthen donor connections.

This role directly supports patients and families affected by a rare genetic skin disease by securing funding for research, improving care, and providing community support.

• 3-5+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or community engagement.
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics), email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office.

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience. Part-time role with potential for full-time. Remote work within the United States or hybrid in Salt Lake City.
