Deputy Director

• Lead fundraising strategy and resource development to secure sustainable funding for organizational growth.
• Oversee operations, team management, and administrative functions to support program delivery.
• Support partnership management, impact reporting, and external representation at conferences and networks.
• Assist with board development and governance to strengthen organizational capacity.

This role directly empowers youth in conflict-affected regions to become peacebuilders, scaling an organization that reaches hundreds of young people across multiple countries.

• 5+ years in management, nonprofit or business leadership, or equivalent roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships and mobilize resources.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed work style with ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is a volunteer or self-funded position with commitment to transition to paid employment as funding becomes available.
