Mission
What you will drive
- Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individual donors and institutional funders, stewarding long-term partnerships aligned with Kindle Project's values.
- Lead grantwriting efforts from research and proposal writing to reporting, managing the full grant lifecycle.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including campaigns and prospecting, in collaboration with the Executive Director and team.
- Assess and strengthen development systems, files, and processes to support a dynamic fundraising program.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising from individuals and foundations with a strong track record of success.
- Proven grantwriting experience and ability to identify strong prospects.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, task trackers (e.g., Asana), and nonprofit CRMs (e.g., Blackbaud, Sage, Little Green Light).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to represent Kindle Project's voice and values.
