We are seeking an experienced CRM and payment exchange consultant or firm to: Assess our organizational needs Recommend suitable CRM and payment exchange platforms Support selection and implementation planning The goal is to adopt a CRM that improves donor engagement, operational efficiency, data integrity, and flexibility around payment processing. The selected consultant will help us: Identify CRM solutions appropriate for a US based nonprofit organization Ensure compatibility with multiple payment processors to reduce dependency on a single provider and support business continuity Support receiving online credit card donations and accurately recording offline/check payments Integrate program and event registrations Support email communications and segmentation Improve reporting and data management Streamline financial and donor data in ways that support IRS reporting requirements, including donation acknowledgments, annual contribution summaries, and audit-ready records If possible, identify CRM and payment exchange platforms that can also host and manage our organization’s public-facing website, including donation forms and program registration pages Please read our full RFP here, which includes all information and template for proposals to be sent in.
