Associate Software Engineer

• Support maintenance and enhancement of .NET web applications like LawHelp Interactive and Citizenshipworks.
• Contribute to development of new .NET-based applications and features.
• Handle level 2 technical support, bug tracking, database maintenance, and third-party system setup.
• Assist with network administration, reporting, and research into new technologies.

This role directly supports the development and maintenance of digital tools that help people navigate the law and access justice, contributing to a future where the power of the law belongs to everyone.

• At least two years of professional experience in .NET development with C#, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure Cloud, GitHub.
• Broad knowledge of network administration (M365, Azure, Google Workspace), security, reporting (Google Analytics, SQL Server Reporting Services), SDLC processes, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical staff.
